Here's a set of videos I prepped for a recent workshop on using Flash Builder and Flash Catalyst. Very similar to the tutorials found on the Adobe Developer Connection web site. I will keep them posted for about a week or so (or longer if I forget about them).
The project utilizes a PHP service that runs off a local MAMP install. Very little coding necessary.
